1.2 How can I pay in the PRETTY&FAIRShop?

We accept payments with iDeal, Creditcard and with bank transfer.

 

1.3 What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary per country.

West Europa                            Free above €100,- order.
East Europa                             € 18,50
North Amerika                         € 24,30
South and Central Amerika     € 24,30
Oceanië                                     € 24,30

When exchanging a product you pay the expenses for return. We pay the shipping costs (if applicable) for the shipping of a new product. 

 

1.4 How do you send the products?

We ship all our products via PostNL.

 

1.5 How long will it take to get my products delivered?

After we have received your payment, the product(s) will be send within 1 work-day. We always try to send out all products on the day of the received payment. Depending on the processing of PostNL it will take between 3-5 days to get the product(s) delivered. 

 

1.6 To which countries do we ship?

We ship to Europa, North America, South and central America and Oceanië.

1.8 Exchanges and returns within the PRETTY&FAIRShop?

Not satisfied with your product(s)? That's a shame, but possible! You can always exchange for a different size or product. When you don't want to exchange a product, you will get a full refund or a voucher. 

Exchanges or returns are possible up to two weeks after receipt of your order. You pay the expenses for return. The Pretty&FairShop pays the shipping costs (if applicable) for the shipping of a new product.
