  1. When are the terms and conditions valid?

The terms and conditions are always valid; we assume that this text has been read before you make any purchase with us.

  1. Our products

We always try to create a fully and precisely detailed description of our products. The images of our products are a truthful representation of how these really look like. (It may still happen that there is a difference in colour, we always try to prevent this, and hope you can understand that this is not on purpose.)

 

  1. The agreement

We deal with your data carefully, these will never be used for other purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. We will always send an order confirmation with attached invoice by e-mail to your e-mail address. After your order and payment have been received, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. We strive to offer the order on the day of receipt of payment at PostNL. Depending on the handling of PostNL, it will take 3-5 days for your order to arrive.


Are you not satisfied with your purchase? We are very sorry, but this can happen. With each order, a return form is attached, which makes it easy for you to return your order within 2 weeks, in original condition, to your mailbox:

4.1 If you meet our return policy, you will be refunded or returned a receipt if you wish.

4.2 We would appreciate it if you would also explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, we can only learn from your opinion!

 

5. The price

All of our products we offer include 21% VAT. Should a change in VAT rates change this you will be notified.

6. Complaint settlement

Are you dissatisfied, did you notice an error or just want to connect?
