Not satisfied with your product(s)? You can always exchange for a different size or product. When you don't want to exchange a product, you will get a full refund or a voucher. 

Exchanges or returns are possible up to two weeks after receipt of your order. You pay the expenses for return. The Pretty&Fair Shop pays the shipping costs (if applicable) for the shipping of a new product.

Send the product in it's original state, accompanied by the return letter, with sufficient postage paid, back to:
